A free monthly gathering for adults 65+
Silver Linings is a free monthly group for adults age 65 and older, hosted by Primary Care Partners of South Bend. The group meets at 3:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at Zion Community Church, across the street from our office.
Each gathering is a chance to learn something practical about staying healthy and to spend time with other adults in the community. Come for the information, stay for the conversation.
What to Expect
Simple health tips:
Easy, practical ways to stay healthy, prevent illness, and make the most of your healthcare. Topics change month to month and often feature a guest speaker.
Friendship and connection:
Meet other adults in the community, share experiences, and enjoy time together in a welcoming environment.
How to Join
There is no cost to attend and no registration is required. Simply come as you are. All established Primary Care Partners patients age 65 and older are welcome to join.
