Rebekah Kottkamp, FNP
Rebekah Kottkamp was drawn to the field of nursing out of a desire to help others and to make patients more comfortable when seeing their healthcare provider. She firmly believes in establishing a compassionate relationship with every patient. Ideally, patients can trust that she has their best interest in mind, and that she will give them the best care available. She likewise trusts her patients to follow through with their mutually agreed-upon care plan. Driven by establishing this patient-provider trust, she received a master of science in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Ball State University. Prior to Ball State, she received her undergraduate degree from Xavier University.
Opening this practice allows Rebekah to provide the personalized and accessible care that often gets lost in larger organizations. As a nurse, she strives to empower those around her to reach their goals, whether they be medical, emotional, or physical. Notably, serving her community means providing a more intimate healthcare setting where patients can feel comfortable and heard. Unfortunately, she has seen this personalized care get lost too often in healthcare settings. Setting higher care standards for each of her patients embodies her approach to caring for those in the South Bend community.
Rebekah Kottkamp is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. For over 20 years as a nurse and 6 years as a nurse practitioner, she has been positively impacting people’s lives and medical experiences. Outside of nursing, Rebekah enjoys reading and baking. Additionally, she loves spending quality time with her husband and 7 children. To schedule a visit with Rebekah Kottkamp, give us a call at (574) 251-1200.
