At Primary Care Partners of South Bend, we believe great care starts with clear communication. You should feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and fully understanding your health. That’s why we are proud to offer bilingual (Spanish/English) staff and access to professional medical interpretation in over 380 languages through the BoostLingo service.
For many patients, language can be a barrier to getting the care they need. Medical terms are complex, and even small misunderstandings can affect treatment, medications, or follow-up care. Our goal is to remove that barrier so every patient feels heard, respected, and confident in their care.
We have bilingual medical assistants trained in medical translation who can support Spanish-speaking patients during visits. For other languages, we use trusted interpretation services to ensure accurate, real-time communication between patients and providers.
