Primary Care Partners of South Bend strongly believes in prevention, education, and intervention marked with compassion and understanding. In our “Mothers Accessing Treatment” (MAT) program, Dr. Zabukovic is an easygoing, calm professional who provides information to help moms who face addiction through pregnancy and the early days of parenting. He talks with mothers who want to make sure their child is born healthy with limited risk of neonatal withdrawal symptoms.
